Innovision Ltd, an ISO 9001:2008 certified company has expansive presence, made-to–order to training prospect and curriculum proficiency to cater both IT and non IT sectors. The skill development training is a multi-skill program. It helps to increase the talent of the youth and different schemes are offered to achieve their goals. This program is initiated by Government of India which helps to secure youth life with specific skills.
Furthermore, it plays a pivotal role in building sustainable industry-ready quality and improvises to bridge the gap between employment opportunities, skills and knowledge base on unemployed youth in the country and therefore, helps them get suitable placements to reduce the poverty and enhance for better livelihood.

PMKVY is the flagship “outcome-based skill training scheme” of the new Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship(MSDE). The Objective of this skill certification and rewards scheme is to enable and mobilize a large number of Indian youth to take up skill training and become employable and earn their livelihood.
PMKK Training centres of PMKK are state-of-the-art Model Training Centres, called Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra(PMKK). NSDC has followed a cluster based approach for the coverage of this programmer across the country. To ensure a mix of districts with different levels of skill based development activities clusters have been created keeping in their socio-economic, demographic and skill based training abilities.
DUU-GKY is a government of India youth employment scheme with full time residential programs. The vision of DDU-GKY is to “Transform rural poor youth in to an economically independent and globally relevant work force”. It aims to target youth, under the age group of 15 to 35 years. DDU-GKY is a part of the Ministry of Rural Development(MoRD), tasked with the dual objectives of adding diversity to the incomes of rural poor families and cater to the career aspiration of rural youth.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has launched a number of Skill Certification Schemes to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. A major scheme for assessment and certification of individuals with prior learning experience or skills is called Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL extends to 2000+ job roles aligned to NSQF provided these are QRC and NSQC approved.

Apart from academic session there are various extra curriculum activities conducted each week that is indoor as well as outdoor. We conduct Group discussion, Debate, Quiz competition, and tournaments like football, badminton etc. This indulges in motivating the students and, brings out their hesitation and talent. These activities help in creating a bonding among the trainers and trainees.
